Welcome to Ryloop. These terms outline your rights and responsibilities when using our app. By accessing Ryloop, you agree to comply with our guidelines. Please read them carefully to ensure you understand the legal framework that governs your use of this application.

It’s essential to note that users are responsible for their actions while utilizing Ryloop. We value your creativity and artistry, and expect you to use the app in a manner that respects these terms.

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms,” “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the Ryloop application (the “Service,” “App”) operated by Newmann-IT (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. License to Use

Ryloop grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. User Responsibilities and Content

a. Your Content and Legal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the video files and any associated metadata (tags, notes, loop points, etc.) that you import, create, or store using Ryloop (“User Content”).

You affirm that you own or have all necessary rights to use and process such content. Ryloop does not claim ownership of your content and only accesses it locally on your device.

Importing or using content without appropriate rights may violate applicable laws. You bear full responsibility for such actions.

b. Prohibited Content

You agree not to use Ryloop to manage content that:

• Is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

• You are not legally authorized to use (e.g., confidential info from employment/NDA).

• Infringes intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark).

• Contains malicious code or viruses.

c. Local Storage

All User Content is stored locally on your device. Ryloop does not transmit or store it on external servers. You are responsible for your own backups.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

• Modify or create derivative works based on the App.

• Use the App in violation of any laws or regulations.

• Use the App commercially or in revenue-generating scenarios.

• Repurpose any proprietary Ryloop code, assets, or logic for your own apps/devices.

4. Intellectual Property

All non-user content in the App (design, code, features) remains the property of Newmann-IT and its licensors. Ryloop is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use of Ryloop branding requires prior written consent.

5. Privacy

Use of Ryloop is governed by the Privacy Policy (see separate document). This outlines how Ryloop handles local and anonymized data.

6. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, especially in case of Terms violation.

You may terminate by uninstalling the App and ceasing use.

Provisions on ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability continue to apply after termination.

7. Disclaimers

You use Ryloop at your own risk. The App is provided “as is,” with no warranties, including:

• Continuous availability or error-free function

• Freedom from malware or harmful components

• Suitability for your specific goals

We make no guarantees about reliability or outcomes of using the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

Newmann-IT and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits

• Damages from unauthorized access or system failure

• Indirect or incidental damages, even if we were informed

Liability is limited to the fullest extent under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms supersede any prior agreements.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will give at least 30 days’ notice.

By continuing to use Ryloop after changes become effective, you accept the new Terms.

If you disagree, you must stop using the Service.
